Berries and stone fruit galore! We are now deep into August and some of the best summery produce have peaked. I highly recommend taking a walk through your local farmers market and enjoying the freshness of summer produce.
I made this delicious Strawberry and Peach crisp which is super low in sugar and high in fiber, it’s sweet enough for dessert and healthy enough for breakfast. Added bonus, your kitchen will smell amazing for days.

4 cups of fresh sliced peaches (About 8 peaches)
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup of milk or milk alternative
3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
3 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp Cinnamon
Preheat over to 350
In a mixing bowl, mix sliced peaches and sliced strawberries together
Add one cup of milk (I used 2% milk)
In a separate bowl, mix oats, honey, cinnamon and almonds.
Pour fruit mixture into a baking pan and add oat mixture on top
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
Let cool for 5 minutes.
