Grain Free Chia Seed Brownies

It’s hard to believe that something so rich and decadent can also be pretty darn healthy.  These ooey-gooey brownies are exactly that. 

Oh and did I mention that they are GLUTEN FREE & grain free. Plus, they have chia and hemp seeds in them so they are super high in fiber, protein and have some quality fats in there.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup ground chia seeds
  2. 1/2 cup maple syrup
  3. four eggs
  4. 4oz unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 cup fresh strawberries (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix 1/2 cup ground chia seeds with 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/2 tsp salt
  3. Melt 4oz unsweetened cocoa with 1/2 cup of butter
  4. Wisk in four eggs and add in chia mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
  6. Top with your favorites like strawberries, hemp seeds or coconut chips.
